We are a registered charity, run entirely by volunteers, providing a friendly and welcoming place to bring your baby or child (up to pre-school age). There is a wide variety of toys available for babies and toddlers as well as a craft table, a reading corner and parent-led singing at the end of each session. Healthy snacks are provided for the children and hot drinks and cake is available for the adults. We meet on Wednesday mornings, 10am until 11.45am at Bredon Village Hall during term time. Cost £2 per family. The Worcestershire Health Visitor attends on the first Wednesday of each month running a drop in session for all parents and children (no appointment necessary).

Buggy Bootcamp
I use the village hall on a Thursday for my Buggy Bootcamp class. The class is 11-12 and is for mums with babies or toddlers looking to get fitter. It’s a circuit type class which has a range of exercises including lower body, upper body, core and cardio. It’s a great way to build up fitness and keep fit and is totally flexible with the babies and nappy changes/feeds etc. The class is £6.50 pay as you go or you can buy a block of 10 sessions for £50 which need to be used up in 3 months. My number is 07787 561 303, my email is jodie@hartfitness.co.uk and you can find me on Facebook @ Hart Fitness.
